Nokia: 2Q 2013 earned $ 7.4 billion, sold 7.4 million Windows Phone

Good news from Nokia does not end there – sales of smartphones with Windows Phone has increased significantly. If the 4th quarter of 2012 was 4.4 million units sold, in the 1st quarter of 2013 – 5.6 million smartphones, then for the second quarter of this year, the company managed to increase sales by 32%, reaching 7.4 million sold devices on Windows Phone 8.

Sales Asha series devices have fallen from 5 to 4.3 million units and line of smartphones running Symbian Nokia will close this summer.
