Recently founded Norwegian company Amok Equipment, which is engaged in the production of extremely long travel hammocks Amok Draumr and necessary accessories to it, announced the methods of pre-orders for the second generation of its original design. Updates affected both appearance and directly hammock material from which it is made.
Travel hammock Amok Draumr 2.0 will now be available in two color options, basic blue, and new olive oil, which will be complemented by an awning sand color. Materials are selected denser and stronger, with rip-stop reinforcements and water resistant coating. Suspended carbines first version have also been replaced with a more durable, can withstand loads of up to 2.27 subscription tons. The entire structure is designed for the total weight to 150 kg.
In addition, the developers have updated the design of the tent, increasing its total area, expanded “pocket” to the feet, making it more comfortable for people with larger feet, finished the adjustment of the suspension system, as well as re-designed compression cover, adding additional lines to transport.
New tourist hammock Amok Draumr 2.0 is available as a complete set with a tent, and without it, the cost of a full set of accounts for almost $ 340. Total weight of the system, including top, does not exceed 2.05 kg.
