President and COO of Sony Electronics division Phil Molyneux (Phil Molyneux) abandon their positions in the company in favor of Vice President Michael Fasulo.
Phil Molyneux, Sony has worked in about 23 years. His current position he was appointed in 2010. In his address, Chief Executive Officer of Sony Corporation Kazuo Hirai (Kazuo Hirai) Phil Molyneux thanked for his dedicated work and commitment of staff, which he demonstrated in recent years.
Later Molyneux will perform an advisory role as non-executive chairman. After Michael Fasulo assumes the presidency Sony Electronics, to the post of vice-president will be appointed CEO on marketing Toshifumi Okuda (Toshifumi Okuda). All these permutations will be implemented January 1, 2014.
