Output of the first Tizen-smartphone – it’s still the same “Santa Barbara” mobile market. Rumors about the appearance of the phone on the platform Samsung, Intel and 100,500 other companies have started to go at the beginning of last year. The official announcement has repeatedly canceled, transferred and then just did. But it did happen – today (January 14, 2015) Koreans showed Samsung Z1 – the first smartphone running Tizen. Hurrah!
Photos and specifications of new items were lit in late last year, and as we can see now, the information was true. We (or rather, until only the residents of India) have a 4-inch entry-level device with a screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a dual-core processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz. RAM Samsung Z1 just 768 MB, but at this stage for the Tizen platform that should be more than enough. Available storage capacity of 4 GB + has support for microSD cards up to 64 GB. Two chambers: the basic 3.1 MP front – 0.3 MP. Battery capacity – 1500 mAh.
The smartphone is now available in India at a price of about $ 90, or, to be more precise, 5700 Rs. Yet unknown release date Samsung Z1 in other countries, but it is interesting to look at the device. While this desire is more concerned with the operating system. By the way, the app store for Tizen is already open.
The final design of the device is very different from those anticipated in the beginning of last year, and now Z1 is more like a typical Android-smartphone by Samsung. Basically, I like it. Three color options: body can be white, black or red.
