There is in India a company called Xolo, which deals with smartphones and tablets. So on the eve of the exhibition MWC 2015 management decided to show the world a new device that is running Windows Phone 8.1 – Xolo Win Q1000. This mid-level phone with a 5-inch screen and a very attractive price tag.
First I want to say that this is not the first Windows-smartphone. Prior to this Xolo sold Win Q900s. Logically, must somewhere else and be Win Q900 (without the prefix «s»), but on the manufacturer’s web site I could not find it. Not very much and wanted!
Returning to our new product (Xolo Win Q1000), it is worth noting that the very first manufacturer focuses precisely on the big (relatively) screen – 5 inches with IPS-matrix and HD-resolution (in the PPI is obtained 294 points). But considering the price (not taking into account the exchange rate) is not so bad. The processor is Qualcomm MSM 8212 or, to speak human language, Snapdragon 200. This is for you 4 cores running at a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz.

Despite the fact that Windows works well on phones and 512 MB of RAM, some programs may require just 1 GB of RAM, and even for a normal, not stripped-down Windows 10 (if the update for this smartphone at all) still need 1 GB . Its memory (storage) then 8 GB, there is a slot for microSD up to 32 GB.
Cameras, as expected, two: the main – 8 MP, front – 2 MP. With autonomy, given the operating system, too, should be no problem. Battery 2200 mAh simply must quietly provide up to two days on a single charge. When the device will be on sale until they say, but its price will be around $ 130 (Rs 8499).
