Samsung introduced a line Galaxy Tab S

Samsung introduced its new line of Galaxy Tab S, which includes the thinnest and lightest among all tablets company. Official presentation titled Tab Into Color held in New York, and it showed us two models with screens 8.4 “and 10.5”.

Both versions have very similar characteristics, differing essentially only diagonal screen. By the way, the screens should pay special attention. Both of them have a resolution WQXGA (2560 × 1600, 16:10) and executed on technology Super AMOLED. The latter allows to display more than 90% of the Adobe RGB color space and have a very high index contrast of 100 000:1. Provided it is also thanks to proprietary technologies Adaptive display and pre-professional regimes AMOLED Cinema and AMOLED Photo.

In terms of iron, both models have their own production chips Exynos Octa 5, 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal, expandable via microSD (up to 128 GB), 8 MP camera and 2.1 MP and a fingerprint scanner. All this is placed in a body thickness of only 6.6 mm, weight is 294 grams in at 465 grams and the model for the majority. Same battery capacity of 4.9 Ah and 7.9 Ah respectively.
