Microsoft has released a preview version of Internet Explorer 11 for developers, designed to run on computers that are running Windows 7.
According to developers, the new version provides a performance increase of 4% compared to Internet Explorer 10 and 30% compared to the nearest competitor. It is also noted that Internet Explorer 11 is the first browser to decode the JPEG graphics resources. Thereby providing significant performance gains when working with sites rich graphical information. In addition, Internet Explorer 11 is the first browser, which supports the specification W3C Resource Priorities. Thanks to this site developers have the opportunity to specify what resources and data must be loaded first. However, the new version has improved support for some standard WebGL, Flexbox, CSS and HTML5.
Also in Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 has been strengthened for developers, who are called by pressing F12. The updated toolkit allows to evaluate the speed of loading the various elements of a web page, view memory usage in real time, diagnose errors and memory leaks. Moreover, Developer Toolkit enabled mobile device emulator can select various settings for the display of data and GPS.
