Microsoft has released a preview version of Internet Explorer 11 for developers, designed to run on computers that are running Windows 7.

According to developers, the new version provides a performance increase of 4% compared to Internet Explorer 10 and 30% compared to the nearest competitor. It is also noted that Internet Explorer 11 is the first browser to decode the JPEG graphics resources. Thereby providing significant performance gains when working with sites rich graphical information. In addition, Internet Explorer 11 is the first browser, which supports the specification W3C Resource Priorities.
