HP will release two “voice tablet”


Since then, both companies refused to HP webOS, which is now very active in promoting the LG, the case in the mobile market they were very indistinct. Today we were shown an attempt to test the waters to return to the mobile market – two tablet-smartphone with diagonals 6 and 7 inches.

The manufacturer is positioning the device as Voice Tablets, Tablets voice. That is, when a fairly large screen diagonal voice call functionality via mobile networks will still be available. Something similar can be observed in the Asus FonePad, Sony Xperia Z Ultra and some other solutions.


Devices will be called Slate6 VoiceTab and Slate7 VoiceTab and will be equipped with a screen diagonal of 6 “(1280 x 720) and 7” (1280 x 800), respectively. Also on board are both “voystabov” can be found Android OS version 4.2, quad-core processor (the exact model is not yet known), 16 GB of internal memory, 3 slots for cards – one for MicroSD and two – for “simok” and built-in speakers will remind those in the HTC One. The back cover is coated with a material pixelated pattern that, according to the manufacturer, is scratch resistant.

Unusual will start selling the place – India. Due to this decision, mainly the fact that it is in India to market HP computers are quite strong, while in other countries, the company is losing ground. Logical to assume that access to the Indian market will be accompanied by a low price, as confirmed in a press release. Approximate price per Slate6 – 250 and $ 200 – for Slate7. Sales will begin next month.
